You’re all very welcome to the 2nd class blog 2019-20. We will be sharing all the exciting things we’ve been doing at the end of each month so make sure you keep your eyes peeled! 😊
We got off to a great start by making some goals for the year. We will be checking in to see if we have reached our goals throughout the year.
We have really enjoyed getting back into speaking Gaeilge this month, especially all the drama we have been doing through Gaeilge! We have also been learning some songs as Gaeilge. Our favourite is Coldplay! 🇮🇪
Larry and Gary have returned for another term of soccer which we love! We have been learning lots of new skills and practising them during our matches. ⚽️
We made good use of the weather while we had it and got out for a nature walk where we collected lots of mini-beasts! Along with this, we have done some planting in order to test whether plants grow without light.
You won’t believe the fantastic artwork we have done this month! We began by doing self-portraits and then took a look at the work of Vincent Van Gogh 🎨
Lastly, we have been doing some fantastic typing and reading every Monday. Take a look at how concentrated we are!
