Second Class made clay hedgehogs and prepared a nest for them to hibernate in. We did a really good job because as you can see they CAMOUFLAGE into their nest. Can you think why real hedgehogs might do this too?
We have also spotted a squirrel in the garden outside our window preparing to hibernate!

Hi Miss Breen yesterday me and my mum went on a river walk and I spotted a squirrel nest with 3 nuts in it.
Wow Edie, that squirrel is obviously working very hard preparing for hibernation đŸ™‚
